If you require pre-occupancy fire safety checks for properties under your control, we can carry out a site survey that focuses on the building from a fire safety standpoint. We will make our checks and provide a report that will be ready for review a few weeks before completion/handover of the premises where it will outline whether or not the premises are safe for occupation. Once occupied we can provide a fire risk assessment as is legally required under the Fire Safety Order
