A Shisha bar had refused orders by the fire department to close down, after the bar was called a ‘death trap’, it continued to host guest, although the fire exit was constantly blocked by barrels of Diesel. The Shisha bar which was called ‘The Oasis Lounge’ in Hulme has eventually the 6 of the employers be convicted due to a continued breach of the fire safety.
