Fire Safety Campaign Launched following a Fire that killed a pensioner

A fire safety campaign has been launched after a pensioner sadly passed away as a result of a fire in Merseyside. The home had no working fire alarms and the house had been set ablaze, the campaign is to be launched to educate and inform people of necessary fire safety measures that need to be taken. With incidents like this making the news, it should hopefully remind people of the importance of fire alarms, being something so small but so important, and that they should always have a regular check to ensure they’re working.
